疯言疯语: Morib Gold Coast resort

i bought a voucher cost RM200 for a night stay in Morib gold coast, distance 70km about 1and half hour drive from klang.
Before my trip to this resort, got a lot of info from tripadvisor.com , most of the review were bad.
It was not fair to leave a comment or review if i don't put a night there to experience myself.

I check in sharp 3pm, they give me my first room, proceed to my room ,
Room looked big and clean ,but after 10 minutes , i found out there is sewage water leaking from toilet, call 3 times to reception ask for fix up ,after 1 hour waiting nobody turn up.

4.15pm
after waiting for 75minutes, lost my patience , go down to lobby ,and ask for a room change , then they give me another room ,
Second room , now what , once open the door , room was ok, but the floor full of small black ants , i think more then few hundreds ants troop around every corner , call to reception again ,they said they will send somebody to clean up , Sooooo ,what? wait again and again.
5.30pm
wait for another 1hour plus,
as usual nobody turn up again, i really lost my gentleman patience, go down to lobby and them for another room change or money refund.

finally got my third room changed,
can you imagine i check in 3pm ,but got my room ready after 3 hours, what a long wait.
The 3rd room everything was ok, good view , no ants around, clean room, mini fridge is working fine except only one complain in room,the private jacuzzi was not working( this was the only selling point i like this studio room) . Sooo ,call again to reception for fix up, wait again was the story , end up somebody came to fix up.

Conclusion after stay here 1 night in studio room,
I will not come back again .
PRO : ok man made beach, good theme park for small kids (not for adults), big and clean room, private jacuzzi.
CON : such a big place but under staff, very lousy breakfast.

Fortunately , i had take away a lot of good foods from outside like " siew yok & char siew " from kota kemuning, fried fish and kampung chicken and salty fried rice from banting, "wanton mee & japan char kui tiew" from banting town .
And last but not least a carton of Singha beer from klang .
All the beer and delicious foods do compensate for my bad experience stay .
